For many of our customers, finding skilled IT Staff is not a problem. But when these same technically-able employees require project management skills they sometimes struggle. It doesn’t matter how carefully you plan your collaboration upgrade or migration, if you don’t manage the project throughout its lifecycle - communication could fail and the project could suffer.

LAN2LAN offer Project Management of Collaboration Solutions. We have a number of trained PRINCE2 qualified Project Managers. They have developed a simplified version of PRINCE2, this is a form of PRINCE2 ‘Lite’; which through experience we have found to be most appropriate for Collaboration projects.

LAN2LAN uses IT technology to help to manage projects. We always provide a repository for sharing information and documents, using Lotus Quickr, Lotus Notes Teamroom or Microsoft Sharepoint depending on the customer’s requirements.
