Dear Paul

I'm not sure. Strictly speaking they are an indirect customer so it may not be possible to find out the exact details. However my understanding is that XPages were fine on Windows server running 8.5.1 FP3 and not on a Linux server running 8.5.1. FP4. Upgrading the Linux server to 8.5.2 resolved the issue. When I googled the error I found a link on OpenNTF that gave me a hint in the right direction...

http://www.openntf.org/internal/home.nsf/response.xsp?action=openDocument&documentId=C6BFB0D552949706862577810029CEC3&MainID=5AB2A0291B39CA278625778100214289
